For the past eight years, my husband, my daughter, my son and I have had our
vehicles serviced at Midland Tune & Service on a regular basis. In that time, we
have found Dennis Hughes and his team to be professional, reliable, trustworthy
and honest.
The standard of service has been beyond reproach; Dennis is meticulous in his
attention to detail, all necessary work is attended to and we never have to worry
that we are going to be charged for unnecessary (or mythical) work. Dennis is
very aware of the customer's hip pocket and he will always tell us how to have
repairs done as cheaply as possible without jeopardising his integrity or the
smooth running of the vehicle.
As a woman, I have been particularly impressed with his attitude towards me; I
have never been treated as the ignorant 'little woman' who knows nothing about
mechanics. Any problems are explained without condescension or insults to my
intelligence.
